Tennessee Standards: 1, 2 ,3 ,4, 5

Objectives: To measure students for levels of fitness so that they can determine where improvement is needed.

The items to be tested are; Agility, Cardiovascular Endurance, strength, Flexibility, and power.

Roll Call

Calisthenics/Warm-up

Explanations/demonstrations sit-ups, pull ups, shuttle run, v-sit/reach, mile run

Life’s lesson talk

Performance

Grading-Participation/Teacher Observation

Discussion/Reflections

Dress/Dismissal
