Objectives: To measure students for levels of fitness so that they can determine where improvement is needed.
The items to be tested are; Agility, Cardiovascular Endurance, strength, Flexibility, and power.

Objectives: Students will be able to demonstrate skills learned in Basketball with effectiveness and persuasiveness.
